- 150 g Mushrooms
- 50 g peeled walnuts
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- walnut oil
- balsamic vinegar

Clean and dry the field salad. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.

Mix the field salad, mushrooms, and walnuts. Whisk together 3 tablespoons walnut oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
