- 1 lemon
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 200 g field salad
- 2 firm apples
- 250 g Camembert
- 50 g walnut kernels

Squeeze the lemons for the dressing and set aside about 3 tbsp. Mix the remaining lemon juice with salt, pepper, and sugar; whisk in olive oil.

Wash and dry the field salad thoroughly. Wash the apples, peel, and quarter them. Remove the cores and cut the apples into slices, tossing them in the leftover lemon juice. Slice the Camembert into rounds.
