Ingredients

  • 200 g field salad
  • 4 tbsp apple juice
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp almond slivers
  • 300 g goat cheese roll

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode. Wash, trim, and dry the salad; divide among four plates. For the dressing, combine apple juice, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, walnut oil, and 2-3 tbsp water in a small jar, seal, and shake well. Taste and adjust. Peel the apple, remove core, dice, and mix with lemon juice. Dice tomatoes. Toast almond slivers in a dry pan until golden brown, then set aside to cool. Slice goat cheese into 12 pieces and place on a baking sheet; grill briefly under the broiler until slightly melted (2-3 minutes).
