Baked plums with yogurt and granola from Spoonsparrow are perfect for cool autumn days.

Ingredients

  • 500 g plums
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 30 g cane sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 800 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 80 g granola

Instructions

    Wash the plums, halve and pit them. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with honey and lemon juice. Mix the sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the plums.

    Bake covered in a preheated oven at 200 °C (fan 180 °C; gas: level 3) for 10 minutes; then remove the parchment paper and bake uncovered for about 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
