Sweet Banana Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce

- 275 ml milk (3.5 % fat)
- 120 g wheat flour type 1050
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp liquid butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Whisk the milk and flour until smooth. Then add the eggs and mix well. Stir in the liquid butter and salt. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.

Chop the chocolate and melt it with the cream over a double boiler. Remove from heat.

Heat a hot crêpe pan or non‑stick skillet and lightly oil it.

Pour some batter into the pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly with a thin layer.

Cook the pancakes on medium heat for about 1 minute until golden brown, flip and cook another minute on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter until all eight thin pancakes are cooked.

Peel the bananas and slice them thinly.
