Olive‑oil marinated feta lasts about two months and is very versatile for this season. Use it as an antipasto, with bread or in a salad.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 bunch dill
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 500 g sheep cheese
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 500 ml olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the dill and shake it dry.

    Cut the chili pepper into thin rings after washing.

  3. 3.

    Dice the sheep cheese and layer it in a jar with dill, chili, and bay leaves.

    Pour olive oil over the layers, seal the jar, and let it infuse for 14 days.
