Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch dill
- 1 chili pepper
- 500 g sheep cheese
- 3 bay leaves
- 500 ml olive oil

Wash the dill and shake it dry.

Cut the chili pepper into thin rings after washing.

Dice the sheep cheese and layer it in a jar with dill, chili, and bay leaves.

Pour olive oil over the layers, seal the jar, and let it infuse for 14 days.
