Ingredients

  • 250 g sheep milk Liptauer cheese
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 1 tsp sharp mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp Capers
  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground caraway
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp chives sprigs
  • 150 g quark
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 0.5 green bell pepper
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 0.5 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 250 g mature Camembert cheese
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 2 tbsp light beer
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch freshly ground white pepper

  • 2 tbsp chives sprigs

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Sift the cheese and mix with butter and mustard. Peel, finely chop the onion and stir in. Finely chop the capers as well. Rinse the anchovy fillet, pat dry, finely crumble it and add with the capers; season with paprika, caraway and salt, then sprinkle with chives before serving.

    Whisk the quark with sour cream until smooth, then fold in sweet paprika powder. Clean, wash and dice the bell peppers finely, adding them to the mixture. Peel and finely chop the onion, then add it. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Remove the rind from the Camembert and mash it with a fork. Stir in butter and beer.

    Peel, finely chop the onion and add it. Season the cheese with paprika, caraway, pepper and salt.

    Arrange on a plate in a dome shape and sprinkle with chives before serving.
