Ingredients

  • 120 g ricotta (half‑fat)
  • 90 g cream cheese (30% fat in milk)
  • 120 g goat fresh cheese
  • 10 fresh sage leaves (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 80 g pomegranate seeds
  • 6 salt sticks

Instructions

    Add ricotta, cream cheese and goat cheese to a bowl and mix well.

    Stir in sage. Season with salt and pepper. Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes.

    Form each tablespoon of cheese mixture into balls and roll them in pomegranate seeds.

    Arrange the goat cheese balls on a platter and chill again for 15 minutes.

    Roll the balls gently once more to keep the seeds attached. Before serving, halve the salt sticks and insert them into the balls.
