  • 100 g liquid butter
  • 200 g goat cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 0.5 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
  • 400 g feta
  • 3 large figs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • oregano (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

  2. 2.

Cut each pastry sheet into about 10x10 cm squares. Butter muffin tin cavities and line with pastry squares. Brush with a little butter, offset another square into the cavity, brush again, then place another buttered sheet on top.

  3. 3.

  4. 4.

Warm remaining butter slightly and dissolve honey in it.

  5. 5.

Drizzle finished tartlets with honey-butter, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with oregano before serving.
