Ingredients
- 200 g chicory
- 1 bulb fennel
- 1 small lime
- 1 piece horseradish (about 4 cm)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions

Clean the chicory, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Wash, trim, and roughly chop the fennel.

Halve the lime and squeeze its juice.

Wash and peel the horseradish; grate half of the root on a vegetable grater.

Coarsely cube the remaining horseradish and combine with chicory and fennel in a juicer. Stir into a glass with lime juice and ice cubes, garnish with grated horseradish.
