Ingredients
- 200 g beans
- 300 g tomatoes
- 250 g Potatoes
- 1 lettuce
- 6 sardine fillets
- 100 g olives
- 2 onions
- 2 cans tuna (natural)
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Clean beans and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain, rinse with cold water, and let drain. Briefly blanch tomatoes, cool, peel, quarter, seed, and cut into eighths. Slice potatoes into rounds. Tear lettuce into leaves, wash, dry, and tear into small pieces. Peel onions and slice into rings.

Drain sardines and pat dry. Flake tuna with a fork. Quarter eggs.

Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together; whisk in oil using a whisk.

Combine salad ingredients (except eggs) with the vinaigrette, arrange on a plate, and garnish with eggs.
