Fig Yogurt

With the fig yogurt from Spoonsparrow they start healthy into the day.

Ingredients

  • 40 g mixed chopped nuts
  • 4 ripe fresh figs
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Roast the nuts in a dry pan until fragrant. Wash the figs, pat them dry and slice into thin strips.

    Stir the yogurt with the roasted nuts and lemon zest, pour into glasses, top with fig slices and drizzle with honey. Serve the fig yogurt and enjoy.
