- 12 figs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp black cassis liqueur
- 1 roll puff pastry (ca. 275 g)
- flour (for dusting)
- 1 Egg white

Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Score the figs crosswise. In a bowl mix them with honey and liqueur.

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut in half vertically. Beat the egg white and brush one half of the dough with it. Place the second half on top and press down. Using a pastry cutter cut into about 12 squares and place one fig in each center. Fold the dough over, press to seal. Arrange on the sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
