Ingredients
- 2 salad cucumbers (about 300 g)
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 2 tsp chopped dill sprigs
- Salt
- 200 g whipping cream
- 200 ml vegetable broth (instant)
- 2 tsp chopped tarragon leaves
- pepper (ground)

Peel cucumbers if desired, cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Slice cucumbers into strips about 0.5 cm thick. Place in a bowl and cover; microwave at 850 watts for about 5 minutes.

For the dill sauce whisk crème fraîche with dill and salt. Pour the cooked cucumbers over the dill sauce.

For the tarragon sauce whisk crème fraîche with cream, vegetable broth, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Microwave uncovered at 850 watts for about 5 minutes. Pour the cooked cucumbers over the sauce.
