  • 700 g fresh cauliflower
  • 50 g grated Gouda cheese
  • sweet heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

    Break the cauliflower into small florets, rinse them, and cook in boiling water over medium heat for a few minutes.
