Farfalle with Swiss Chard

Ingredients
- 500 g farfalle
- Salz
- 150 g Swiss chard leaves (stem removed)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 100 ml olive oil
- 60 g freshly grated cheese (e.g., Pecorino)
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
- muskat (freshly grated)

Cook the Farfalle in salted water until al dente.

Wash the Swiss chard and blanch it in salted water for about 1 minute. Shock, pat dry, and roughly chop. Combine with peeled garlic clove and 4-5 tbsp of pasta cooking water; blend finely. While blending, pour in olive oil until the sauce becomes slightly creamy. Stir in half of the cheese, season with salt and pepper. Distribute the drained hot noodles (add a little cooking water if needed) onto plates. Finish with a pinch of nutmeg.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top before serving.
