Exotic Satisfying Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango (alternative: 300 g Donath whole‑fruit mango, available at health food stores)
- 1 organic lime (alternative: 30 ml Völkel lime juice, available at health food stores)
- 6 Tbsp Jentschura MorningHour breakfast porridge (available at health food stores)
- 400 ml coconut drink (from Allos, available at health food stores)
- 2 small bananas (200 g)
- 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds (60 g)
- 30 g coconut chips (available at health food stores)

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into small pieces. Rinse the lime hot, dry‑rub it, grate the zest, and squeeze out the juice. Blend the mango, lime zest, and juice finely with a stick blender. Alternatively mix Donath whole‑fruit mango with Völkel lime juice.

Whisk Jentschura MorningHour into the coconut drink with a whisk. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer on low heat for 1–2 minutes.

Peel the bananas and slice them. Toast the coconut chips in a hot pan without oil over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Divide the MorningHour into two bowls, arrange the mango puree on top, add banana slices, and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and coconut chips.
