- 1 Banana
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 250 g red blackberries
- 1 blood orange
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- ice cubes (optional)
- 4 blackberry stems (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Ice cubes

Peel the banana, crush it with lemon juice and a fork, and let it chill for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile wash the blackberries, pluck them from the stems, and pat dry. Squeeze the orange. Combine the banana, blackberries, orange juice, milk, yogurt, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the smoothie over them.

Wash the blackberry stems for garnish, roll them in sugar, place them on top of the blackberry milk, and serve.
