Ingredients
- 1 baby pineapple
- 1 orange
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 persimmon
- 1 starfruit
- 3 tbsp almond flakes
- 1 tsp plant oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- berries (optional)

Peel the pineapple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into pieces. Wash the starfruit, slice into wedges and then cut into bite‑sized pieces. Peel the kiwi, quarter it and halve or third the wedges. Thoroughly peel the orange with a sharp knife and cut into large cubes.

Wash the persimmon, trim the stem area and dice it. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the fruit pieces and stir‑fry while turning them, drizzle with honey, and mix in the almonds. Immediately serve on small bowls garnished with berries.
