Ingredients
- 100 g blue grapes
- 2 figs
- 1 pear
- 4 dried dates
- 2 Grapefruits
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Pistachios
Instructions

Wash the grapes and halve them, removing the seeds. Peel the figs and cut the flesh into bite‑size pieces.

Wash the pear, remove its core, and cut it into pieces. Pit the dates and chop them finely. Optionally filet the grapefruits.

Place the chopped fruit in a bowl. Squeeze the lime, mix the juice with the spices, and stir into the fruit. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
