Ingredients

  • 1 pitahaya
  • 1 Avocado
  • 12 lychees
  • 1 starfruit
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Asian pear
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp Raw Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Halve the pitahaya and use a Parisienne cutter to scoop out balls.

    Peel, halve, seed, and cut the avocado into wedges.

  3. 3.

    Peel the lychees and remove their seeds.

  4. 4.

    Wash the starfruit and slice it into rounds.

  5. 5.

    Peel the kiwis and slice them as well.

  6. 6.

    Wash the Asian pear, halve it, remove the seeds, and cut into wedges.

    Mix the raw sugar with lime juice and toss the fruit together. Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
