- 100 g white beans (canned)
- 300 g corn (canned)
- 150 g Sheep's cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch tarragon
- 50 g black olives
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp tarragon vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper

Drain the beans and corn well. Cube the cheese. Wash the tarragon, pat dry, set aside one sprig, finely chop the rest and mix with the other ingredients.

Whisk together vinegar, salt, oil, and pepper to make a dressing, drizzle over the salad, and garnish with olives and tarragon.
