Fresh and vibrant dessert from Spoonsparrow: a refreshing treat perfect for summer

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 Pomegranate

Instructions

    Peel the pineapple with a sharp knife, cut lengthwise into quarters, remove the core and dice the flesh. Peel the kiwi, halve it lengthwise and slice thinly.

    Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Mix the orange juice with honey, cinnamon and cardamom, then combine with pineapple and kiwi.

    Halve the pomegranate and release the seeds from the fruit. Arrange the exotic fruit salad on a plate and sprinkle the seeds over the salad.
