Spoonsparrow: The divine dessert with fresh strawberries is well received by both young and old!

Ingredients

  • 6 sheets red gelatin
  • 600 g strawberries (mixed with wild if desired)
  • 80 ml strawberry syrup
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in cold water. Rinse the strawberries, pat dry, and cut into halves or quarters depending on size. Weigh out about 400 g and set aside the rest. Heat the strawberry syrup with 500 ml water and vanilla sugar in a pot; squeeze out excess water from the gelatin and melt it into the mixture.

    Rinse a pudding mold with cold water (or line a bowl with cling film). Pour the not-too-hot strawberry gel into the mold, distribute the weighed strawberries on top, and chill for about 2 hours.
