Ingredients

  • 1 bundle fresh mint (ca. 20 g)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Wash the mint, shake dry, set one stem aside, pluck and finely chop the leaves.

  2. 2.

    Boil honey with 50 ml water and vinegar. Mix in the mint and season with a pinch of salt.

  3. 3.

    Using an immersion blender, puree finely, pour into a small pot, let cool, and serve garnished with a sprig of mint.
