The Energy Balls from Spoonsparrow provide plenty of energy and are a clever snack for in-between moments.
Ingredients
- 100 g oats
- 400 g dried dates (pitted)
- 50 g ground flaxseeds
- 100 g almonds (nut‑free alternative for allergy sufferers: sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds)
- 60 g dried cranberries (sugar‑free and sulfite‑free)
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 40 g coconut flakes (30–4 tbsp)
- 15 g almond butter (3 tsp)
- 20 g shredded coconut (2 tbsp)
- 20 g peeled hemp seeds (2 tbsp)
- 20 g Sesame seeds (2 tbsp)

Add all ingredients to a high‑speed blender or food processor and blend until a coarse dough forms.

Using your hands, roll the mixture into 35 balls and then coat each ball in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, and sesame seeds.
