The Energy Balls from Spoonsparrow provide plenty of energy and are a clever snack for in-between moments.

Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 400 g dried dates (pitted)
  • 50 g ground flaxseeds
  • 100 g almonds (nut‑free alternative for allergy sufferers: sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds)
  • 60 g dried cranberries (sugar‑free and sulfite‑free)
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 40 g coconut flakes (30–4 tbsp)
  • 15 g almond butter (3 tsp)
  • 20 g shredded coconut (2 tbsp)
  • 20 g peeled hemp seeds (2 tbsp)
  • 20 g Sesame seeds (2 tbsp)

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a high‑speed blender or food processor and blend until a coarse dough forms.

    Using your hands, roll the mixture into 35 balls and then coat each ball in shredded coconut, hemp seeds, and sesame seeds.
