Elderflower Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 4 handfuls of elderflowers
  • 2 Organic lemons
  • 200 g coconut palm sugar

Instructions

    Wash elderflowers and shake dry.

  2. 2.

    Rinse lemons under hot water and slice into rounds.

  3. 3.

    Slowly bring 2 liters of water to a boil with coconut palm sugar, stirring until dissolved.

  4. 4.

    Let the mixture cool, add elderflowers and lemon slices, then pour into a large glass or mason jar.

  5. 5.

    When ready to drink, dilute the elderflower lemonade with cold water or sparkling water to taste.
