Ingredients
- 2 bundles of woodruff (fresh)
- 0.5 l mild apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 l mineral water (with or without carbonation, as desired)
- 750 g sugar
- 0.25 l sparkling wine (or alcohol‑free sparkling wine)
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- water (or lemon lemonade)
Instructions

Wash the woodruff, shake dry with the vinegar and sugar in a well‑sealed container and let it steep for 8 days, shaking repeatedly.

Afterward shake again, strain through a sieve and squeeze out the woodruff.

Mix with water, sparkling wine/alcohol‑free sparkling wine and lemon juice, then bottle and refrigerate.

Serve chilled in glasses; if desired, dilute further with water or lemon lemonade depending on intensity.
