Ingredients
- 150 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3 sprigs lavender
- 15 g ginger
- 120 g sugar
- ice cubes (for serving)

Pour the orange juice into a bowl. Peel and finely chop the ginger, then add it along with the used lavender to the orange juice. Pour in 500 ml cold water, cover, and let steep overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat the sugar with 120 ml water, simmer for about 5 minutes, then allow the syrup to cool completely. Strain the orange juice into a pitcher, add the sugar syrup, and stir well. Divide among four glasses, add some ice cubes, and serve.
