Ingredients
- 200 g milk couverture
- 100 g bittersweet couverture
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil (for greasing)
- 1 Egg white
- a pinch salt
- 125 g powdered sugar
Instructions
-
1.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it over a gentle, non-boiling water bath. Add the palm oil and stir in. Grease small metal molds thinly with oil. Remove from the water bath and let cool slightly while stirring.

2.
When the mixture starts to thicken, pour it into the prepared molds and allow it to set. In the meantime, beat the egg white with salt until very stiff. While continuing to beat, gradually add powdered sugar until a shiny, firm white mass forms.
-
3.
Fill the chocolate casts into paper pouches and cut a tiny hole at the top. Label the now-solid chocolate pieces with numbers and let them dry overnight. Release from the molds as desired and use as an advent calendar or keep in the molds.
