Ingredients
- 750 g elderberries
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 750 g sugar
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 Orange (juice)
Instructions

Wash and strip the elderberries if necessary. Bring 750 ml water to a boil in a pot, add the cinnamon and cloves, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Allow to cool, then strain through a cloth-lined sieve. Squeeze well and pour the juice back into the pot.

Add sugar and lemon and orange juices, stir, bring to a boil, and let bubble for 4-5 minutes.

Fill prepared bottles, seal tightly, and allow to cool completely.
