Eggs with Mayonnaise Cream Filling and Crab

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 50 g crab (cooked)
- capers
- dill sprigs (for garnish)

Hard‑boil the eggs, then cool them in cold water and let them rest a few minutes.

Cut each egg about two thirds from the top and peel the white tip. Carefully scoop out the yolks with a spoon. In a bowl whisk the yolks with sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Spoon the mixture back into the hollowed eggs (use a piping bag if desired). Distribute crab and capers over the filling and garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
