A fresh dip recipe featuring eggs and vibrant vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 0.125 l plant oil
- 1 tbsp paprika peppers
- 1 tbsp chives
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel the eggs, separate yolks from whites, strain the yolks through a sieve, and finely chop the whites.

Whisk the yolks with mustard and fold in the oil dropwise. Dice the paprika into fine cubes.

Wash the chives, dry, cut into rolls, and mix into the dip. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in small bowls.
