Eggless Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 300 g plant‑based skyr
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • a splash of lemon juice
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 tsp raw cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Stir the almonds, almond butter and maple syrup with a fork until a moist mixture forms.

  2. 2.

    Whisk all ingredients for the cream together and set aside.

  3. 3.

    Spread the almond mixture onto two glasses and press lightly at the bottom. Wash, trim and slice the strawberries, then place about two‑thirds of them over the almond layer. Finally pour the cream over the strawberries.

    Dust the eggless tiramisu with cocoa powder and refrigerate. Just before serving garnish with remaining strawberries.
