- 8 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 200 ml milk
- 400 g Cottage Cheese
- 1 bunch chives (cut into rolls)
- 2 tbsp dill (chopped)
- Salt
- 400 g smoked salmon (slices)
- 200 g caviar

Separate the eggs. Whisk yolks with milk and flour until smooth. Fold in beaten egg whites and season with a pinch of salt. Spread the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet (about 20x30 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes (place a pan of water in the oven). Remove from oven, lift off the sheet and let cool covered.

Mix cottage cheese with herbs and spread over the egg batter. Evenly top with smoked salmon slices and distribute caviar on top. Roll up and slice into rounds; serve on salad leaves as desired.
