Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 150 g powdered sugar

Instructions

    Beat the egg whites with salt and lemon juice until frothy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy and holds stiff peaks.

    Drop walnut‑size mounds onto a parchment‑lined baking sheet using two teaspoons. Bake in a preheated oven at 120 °C (airflow) for about 45–60 minutes, leaving the door slightly ajar. The meringues should remain slightly soft inside and develop minimal color on top.
