Ingredients
- 750 g mixed ground meat
- 2 Eggs
- 2 onions
- 1 stale roll
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 4 tbsp chive ribbons
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 carrots
- 3 tbsp clarified butter
- 3 hard‑boiled eggs
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Soak the roll in water.

Sauté onions, garlic, bay leaf and diced carrots in a little clarified butter; remove the bay leaf and combine with the squeezed roll and all remaining ingredients—except the hard‑boiled eggs—to form a dough, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Place half the dough into a greased loaf pan, gently press the hard‑boiled eggs into it, then cover with the remaining ground meat mixture, pressing down lightly and smoothing the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C on the middle rack for about 45 minutes.
