Spoonsparrow egg liqueur with brandy is simple to prepare and delights with its flavor.

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 350 ml milk
  • 250 ml brandy

    Place the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a metal bowl and whisk. Add the cream and whisk over a hot water bath until thick and creamy. Gradually stir in the brandy.
