Simple Pepper Salad

Simple pepper salad by Spoonsparrow: Easy-peasy side dish for all kinds of meals.

Ingredients

  • 4 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 100 g grainy cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp sprout oil
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • chervil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash and trim the peppers, halve them, remove seeds, and cut into thin strips.

    Wash the cucumber, split it lengthwise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and dice.

  3. 3.

    Whisk vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper together to make a dressing and toss the vegetables in it; let sit for about 30 minutes.

    Before serving, stir the salad, spread cream cheese over it, and garnish with chervil.
