Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp chives rolls
  • chives (for garnish)

Instructions

    Pierce the round end of each egg and boil in a pot with water for 5-6 minutes, then cool, peel, and slice into rounds (use an egg slicer if desired).

    Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, remove stems, and slice. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towels. Spread mayonnaise on bread slices, top with lettuce, tomato slices, and egg rounds. Lightly salt and garnish with chives sticks and chive rolls before serving.
