- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 1 tbsp coarse mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with fan and top heat.

Rinse the drumsticks and pat dry. Mix the mustard, honey, oil, and lemon juice. Coat the chicken well, season with salt, and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally. Garnish with spring onions if desired before serving.
