Ingredients

  • 500 ml yogurt
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit.

    Blend the mango with yogurt, 200 ml water, lemon juice, cardamom, honey, and ice cubes until smooth.

    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
