Ingredients

  • 20 g matcha tea powder
  • 800 ml water
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

    Place the matcha in a bowl, add a little cold water, and whisk with a bamboo whisk until smooth.

    Pour hot (about 80°-90°C) water over the mixture and vigorously stir with the whisk or a small hand whisk.

    Divide the tea into four glasses and froth the hot milk separately.

    Carefully pour the frothed milk onto the tea, then top with additional milk foam. Serve immediately.
