Ingredients

  • 1 l carrot juice
  • 0.5 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 600 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Mix the carrot juice with the lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar and bring to a boil in a pot.

    Let it bubble for about 4 minutes, fill well-saucered canning jars, seal tightly, and stand upside down for 10 minutes.

    Turn the jars back over and allow them to cool completely. Store the gelée in a cool dark place.
