Spoonsparrow dried apple slices with cinnamon taste sweet even without added sugar!

Ingredients

  • 4 apples (200 g each; e.g., Elstar or Boskop)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

    Wash, dry, and quarter the apples. Remove seeds and slice into thin wedges or cut into fine slices.

    Arrange apple slices on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Toss with cinnamon. Dry in a preheated oven at 80 °C (fan) for about 4 hours, keeping the oven door slightly ajar with a wooden spoon to allow moisture to escape. Remove finished apple chips from the oven and let cool.
