Ingredients
- 0.5 handful dill
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple syrup (or honey)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Rinse the dill and finely chop it.

Whisk the lemon juice thoroughly with the apple syrup, oil, mustard, and broth (or blend to a frothy consistency with an immersion blender).
