Ingredients

  • 120 g smoked salmon
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 EL Capers
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 EL freshly chopped dill
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 EL yogurt
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Dice the salmon finely. Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze out its juice. Finely chop the capers. Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into thin rings.

    Whisk the dill with the lemon zest, crème fraîche and yogurt until smooth. Fold in the prepared ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper before serving.
