Ingredients

  • 4 peach halves (canned, unsweetened)
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

    Drain the peaches and cut into wedges. Wash, rinse the raspberries and add 2-3 tbsp water to a pot; simmer briefly until softened. Then strain through a fine sieve and stir in the powdered sugar.

    Arrange the vanilla ice cream with the peach wedges in dessert cups and pour the raspberry sauce over them. Serve with optional whipped cream.
