Pizza with Sausage, Bell Peppers, Onions and Olives

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 250 ml Water
- flour (for working)
- 1 can pizza tomatoes
- 4 tbsp beans (canned)
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 200 g shredded cheddar
- 100 g shredded gouda
- 2 Mexican sausage links
- 1 small blue onion
- 8 olives (pitted, sliced into rings)','1 red bell pepper','1 green bell pepper','dried pickled tomatoes','olive oil','salt','ground pepper
Instructions

Whisk yeast with about 50 ml lukewarm milk until smooth. Add flour to a bowl, create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture. Cover and let rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place.

Add remaining lukewarm milk, salt, sugar and olive oil to the dough and knead with hand‑held mixer attachments into a supple dough. Cover and let rise another 30 minutes.

Meanwhile wash bell peppers, halve, core and slice into strips; peel onion and cut into thin slivers, separating them. Peel garlic and finely chop, mix into pizza tomatoes along with parsley and beans, season with salt and pepper.

Drain tomatoes, drain olives and slice into rings, cut sausage diagonally into slices, halving if necessary.

Take dough from bowl, knead again on floured surface and divide into four pieces. Roll each piece into a round pizza shape.

Oil four baking trays or place dough on parchment‑lined tray. Brush dough with oil and spread tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle mixed cheese, top with remaining ingredients and bake in preheated oven at 220°C (400°F) under and over heat for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
