- 250 g dates
- 75 g marzipan raw mass
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- 50 g couverture chocolate
- 2 tbsp almond kernels

Melt the couverture chocolate. Whisk the marzipan raw mass with powdered sugar and orange liqueur into a smooth mixture, then fold in the melted chocolate.

Slice the dates lengthwise without cutting all the way through, and remove the pit.

Fill the dates with the marzipan mixture using a piping bag with a round tip, and sprinkle ground almonds on top for garnish.
